The Faculty of Education Library was established in the academic year 1982. It was previously located in Kaifan and has since relocated to Sabah Al-Salem University City, where it is now located in the southern building of the Faculty of Education.
The library is currently a reference library, providing access to educational resources for on-site use without external borrowing.
The library previously contained specialized educational resources comprising approximately 35,000 Arabic and foreign books and references. Following the transfer of books to the Central Library, the references of the College of Arts Library were merged with those of the College of Education in the South Building of the College of Education Reference Library, bringing the current collection to approximately 11,000 Arabic and foreign references.
It houses a collection of theses, dissertations, and reference materials related to the following:

- Foundations of Education
- Arabic Language and Literature
- English Language and Literature
- History
- Philosophy
- Communication
